The White Sand Project

– San Marco, Florida

Located along the tranquil coastline of San Marco, Florida, this outdated condominium was transformed into a light-filled, modern retreat inspired by its natural surroundings. Originally dark and disconnected from the beauty outside its walls, the home needed a complete interior refresh to reflect the serenity of ocean views and the warmth of coastal living.

We reimagined the space with a soft, nature-driven palette—muted blues, warm neutrals, and organic textures like rattan and linen—to evoke the feeling of sand, sea, and air. Every selection was made with livability and durability in mind, using furnishings and materials that support both indoor and outdoor lifestyles.

The design process came with unique logistical challenges. With the client based remotely and strict condominium access policies in place, we strategically managed the entire project from our Miami studio—preparing installations in advance, coordinating with building management, and maintaining clear, consistent communication with the client via Zoom and scheduled site visits. The result is a refined coastal sanctuary that feels both grounded and breezy, thoughtfully tailored to the rhythms of life by the sea.

Biophilic Estate Residence

– Pinecrest, Florida

Tucked into the verdant community of Pinecrest, Florida, this second residence was designed as a tranquil escape—blending the wild, organic beauty of Belize with the comfort and functionality of modern family living. Inspired by the home’s lush natural surroundings, we brought the outdoors in with layered textures, tropical tones, and a grounded, nature-infused palette that gave the interiors a warm and welcoming energy.

Our clients wanted a space that felt durable yet refined, ideal for family time as well as entertaining. We delivered a cohesive, timeless design that emphasized flow, comfort, and connection to the landscape. The layout posed unique challenges, including structural columns in the main living and dining areas, which we transformed into assets by carefully selecting and placing furnishings to maintain openness and visual continuity. In the smaller bedrooms, we maximized scale and proportion with custom-designed pieces—from tailored area rugs to built-in TV units—that fit seamlessly within the architectural footprint.

The result is a richly textured, highly functional home that feels both elevated and effortless—reflecting the beauty of its Pinecrest setting and the lifestyle of the family who gathers there.

Coco Tropical Scape

– Coconut Grove, Florida

This Coconut Grove condominium was home to a treasured personal art collection—but instead of feeling like a sanctuary, the space felt unfinished and overwhelmed. Without the need for renovation, our focus was purely on styling: refining the interiors to bring harmony, warmth, and meaning to the environment while honoring the client’s deep connection to their art and heritage.

Our goal was to transform the residence from a place of visual storage into a curated, gallery-like home that still felt inviting and livable. Working closely with the client, we thoughtfully edited their extensive collection—selecting the most emotionally resonant pieces and integrating them into the design with intention. Natural materials, organic finishes, and wood accents were layered throughout the space to soften the boldness of the artwork and establish a sense of balance. The result is a deeply personal, richly textured interior that celebrates both individuality and serenity—proof that styling alone can create transformation without a single wall moved.

Contemporary Minimalist Residence

– Coconut Grove, Florida

Set in the heart of Coconut Grove, this relocation project called for a serene, open-concept interior that could soften the boldness of the home’s modern architecture. The clients, moving from the Northeast, brought furniture pieces that didn’t naturally align with the light, textural Miami aesthetic. Our challenge—and opportunity—was to seamlessly blend their existing furnishings into a cohesive new vision that felt both elevated and emotionally grounded.

We achieved this by focusing on restraint, warmth, and balance. Rattan stools, soft textures, and organic shapes introduced contrast to the sharp lines and dark finishes of the home’s architecture. Custom area rugs, updated bedding, and carefully curated decor helped recontextualize the clients’ existing pieces, allowing them to coexist beautifully within the new design language. A neutral foundation anchored the space, layered with wood tones and tactile finishes, while subtle accessories introduced warmth and color in an understated way. The result is a minimalist yet inviting home that feels clean, intentional, and deeply personal—where every piece has a place and purpose.

An Intentional Renovation Designed for Connection, Comfort, and Character

This whole-home renovation was designed for a family who lives to host and values both beauty and authenticity in their surroundings. The goal was to reimagine the interiors into a luxurious yet welcoming environment—one that felt deeply personal, grounded in nature, and thoughtfully tailored to the rhythm of everyday life and entertaining.

Drawing inspiration from the home’s original setting and architecture, we layered in rich materials and subtle contrasts—warm woods, textural textiles, and beautifully aged brass accents—to create rooms that feel both elevated and inviting. Each space was carefully planned to serve a purpose, from gathering guests in open-concept areas to creating intimate moments in quieter corners. The renovation emphasized flow, function, and meaningful materiality—resulting in a home that not only looks exquisite, but feels like an honest expression of the people who live in it.
